Missing Since: July 28, 2009 from Pleasant Valley, Missouri Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: April 19, 1967 Age: 42 years old Height and Weight: 5'10, 180 - 190 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Black hair, brown eyes. Pratt had a beard at the time of his disappearance. He has a scar on his lower back and a scar on his upper chest. Clothing/Jewelry Description: An old dark-colored work t-shirt, dirty dark-colored pants and leather work boots. Medical Conditions: Pratt is a diabetic and insulin-dependent. He does not have his insulin with him.
Details of Disappearance
Pratt was last seen in Pleasant Valley, Missouri on July 28, 2009. He left for work at 10:00 a.m. and never returned. He has never been heard from again. Pratt was carrying several bags with him at the time of his disappearance, including a yellow canvas bag and plastic bags marked "Mid-Continent Public Library." He may be traveling by bus.
