Details of Disappearance
Janette and her sister Joceline were last seen in San Ysidro, California on March 21, 2000. They was abducted by their non-custodial mother, Herminia Pech. A photograph and vital statistics for Pech are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant was issued for her on October 16, 2001.Pech and her daughters are believed to possibly in Chumayel in the Yucatan region of Mexico. The girls' cases remain unsolved.
