Rae was last seen at his grandmother's home in Marysville, California on June 22, 1997, the day before his third birthday. He was abducted by his non-custodial stepfather, Agustin Tapia Sanchez. A photograph and vital statistics for Sanchez are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant was issued for him on July 2, 1999.Sanchez and Rae are thought to be in Mexico. Rae's case is unsolved.
