Details of Disappearance
Ragins was last seen in the vicinity of Route 40 and Rolling Road in Catonsville, Maryland on February 21, 2010. She was carrying a black purse with silver trim at the time of her disappearance. She lived in the 3600 block of north Rogers Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland and was en route to meet her boyfriend in Catonsville when she was last seen. Ragins has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
