Missing Since: December 22, 2004 from South Bay, Florida Classification: Family Abduction Date Of Birth: March 30, 2002 Age: 2 years old Height and Weight: 4'0, 50 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, brown eyes. Luis has a crescent-shaped strawberry birthmark on the left side of his face. Some accounts spell his name "Louis."
Details of Disappearance
Luis and his brother Adan disappeared from South Bay, Florida on December 22, 2004. They are believed to have been abducted by their mother, Juana Ramirez. Juana's date of birth is July 7, 1981; she was twenty-three years old in 2004. Photographs and additional vital statistics for her are unavailable. The Ramirezes may still be in the local area, or they may be in North Carolina, Ohio or Mexico. Adan and Luis were under the supervision of Florida's Department of Children and Families at the time of their disappearances. Their whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
