Black hair, hazel eyes. Reyes wears a partial set of dentures. He has a tattoo of an Aztec calendar on the right side of his chest. His nickname is Rudy.
Details of Disappearance
Reyes was last seen on August 30, 2003 when he crossed the border from Baja, California into Tijuana, Mexico. He has never been heard from again and his forest green 2003 Hummer H2 was later found abandoned in Tijuana. Few details are available in Reyes's case; he is missing under unknown circumstances. American authorities are investigating.
