Light brown hair, blue eyes. Richardson may use the first name Andres and the last name Farah. At the time of his disappearance he had eight baby teeth, four in the upper jaw and four in the lower.
Details of Disappearance
Richardson disappeared from Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 3, 2007. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Mariana Farah Saldivar. A photograph and vital statistics for Saldivar are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on April 8, 2009. Richardson may be in Mexico. He was born in that country; however, he is a United States citizen. His whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
