    Details of Disappearance

Rihlmann was admitted to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital on July 4, 2007, possibly as the result of a seizure. He was homeless at the time. He disappeared after his release from the hospital a few days later. He has never been heard from again. Although he lived on the streets, Rihlmann kept in regular contact with his family and his social worker and it's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. His family reported him missing in August 2007. Rihlmann was married at one time and had a steady job and a normal life. In 2005, he and his twin brother lost the house they shared. His brother moved in with a relative, and Rihlmann began living on the streets. His brother died in 2006.

Rihlmann may still be in the Rahway area, or he may be in Elizabeth, Linden or Roselle, New Jersey. His case remains unsolved. Linden police are investigating.

Some agencies state Rihlmann disappeared from Linden on December 25, 2006.
