Missing Since: December 7, 2010 from Glasgow, West Virginia Classification: Endangered Missing Age: 60 years old Height and Weight: 6'1, 205 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Gray hair, blue eyes. Riser's nicknames are Dickey (sometimes spelled "Dicky") and Sam. He has a mustache and he wears metal-rimmed eyeglasses. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly a blue denim jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue, orange and white sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Riser was last seen at his home in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue in Glasgow, West Virginia sometime after 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2010. He has never been heard from again. Authorities said they found unspecified evidence at Riser's residence which leads them to suspect foul play in his disappearance. His case remains unsolved.
