    Details of Disappearance

    Roberson was last seen in Escambia County, Florida on May 10, 1984. She left her aunt's Pensacola, Florida home to sunbathe alone at the beach at Fort Pickens, which is located on the Gulf Islands National Seashore on West Santa Rosa Island, Florida. Her vehicle and purse were discovered abandoned at the entrance of Fort Pickens shortly after her disappearance. Her towel and personal belongings were found on the beach, and one set of footprints leading to the water.

    Authorities believe Roberson may have drowned. They are continuing to investigate possible leads in her disappearance, but Roberson's case remains unsolved.
