Keoni disappeared from San Diego, California on July 1, 2007. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Julio Don Juan Rocha. A photo and vital statistics for Julio are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on October 27, 2009. Keoni and Julio may be in Mexico. The child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
