Details of Disappearance
Rodriguez was last seen on December 21, 2001 in the New York City borough of Manhattan. He was fishing at East River Park near 6th Street and Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) Drive at the time of his disappearance. Rodriguez has never been heard from again. His bicycle and backpack were discovered abandoned inside the park shortly after his disappearance, but there was no sign of Rodriguez at the scene. His case remains unsolved.
