Rogers was last seen in Preston County, West Virginia at 1:00 p.m. on July 14, 2006. He placed a cellular phone call near Grafton, West Virgina at 11:40 p.m.; this was his last call. He has never been heard from again. Rogers may be driving a slate-blue 2005 Dodge Durango with West Virginia license plates numbered 4EE595 and a softball dent in the driver's side rear passenger door.
