Romanelli was last seen on August 7, 1992 in Beacon, New York. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Lisa Marie DeBiase. A photograph and vital statistics for DeBiase are posted below this case summary. A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on September 9, 1992. She is also wanted for first-degree custodial interference. Neither DeBaise nor Romanelli have ever been heard from again.Some agencies report that Romanelli disappeared on August 7, 1986.
