Brown hair, hazel eyes. Rush has a one-inch scar under her left eye. Her nickname is Jenny. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A pink sleeveless shirt, blue jeans, black flip-flops and a ring with a cubic zirconia stone. Medical Conditions: Rush has an unspecified medical condition and may be in need of medication.
Details of Disappearance
Rush was last seen at approximately 3:00 p.m. on November 1, 2005 in the vicinity of the 600 block of west 23rd Street in Panama City, Florida. It is believed she traveled by bus to Van Nuys, California on January 3, 2006 and was seen there on January 6, but this sighting has not been confirmed and she has not been seen since. Few details are available in her case.
