Ubaldo and his sister, Jamie Mejia, disappeared from Portland, Oregon on May 19, 2010. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Elsy Leonor Mejia-Sanchez. Jamie and Ubaldo's whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
