Details of Disappearance
Santiago was last seen at the El Comerieno Cafe on Walnut Street in Hartford, Connecticut on the evening of September 27, 1998. She resided on Hampton Street in Hartford at the time of her disappearance. Santiago has never been heard from again. She had been arrested for breaching the peace before her disappearance and was supposed to appear in court shortly after she vanished; she missed the court date, which her family says is uncharacteristic of her.The circumstances surrounding Santiago's disappearance are unclear. She has four children.
