    Details of Disappearance

Saysavanh was last seen in West Jordan, Utah on September 6, 2003. She is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother. Photographs and vital statistics for Saysavanh's mother are unavailable. They may be living in the Yucatan Peninsula area in Mexico.

Saysavanh's father has applied for her return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, an international treaty which Mexico and the U. S. both signed. She has not been recovered, however, and her case is unsolved.
