Missing Since: November 12, 2005 from Palmdale, California Classification: Missing Date of Birth: August 17, 1966 Age: 39 years old Height and Weight: 5'8, 170 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, brown eyes. Segura has several tattoos, including the name "Crystal" on his left arm, the name "Alicia" above his heart, clowns on both shoulder blades, a Chinese man on his upper arm and other tattoos. One of his front teeth is chipped. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly a white t-shirt, polo shirt or tank top; Dickie's or Levi's jeans and Nike sneakers.

Segura was last seen in Palmdale, California on November 12, 2005. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case. Santa Paula, California police are investigating.
