Servian was last seen in Sarasota, Florida on March 31, 2010. He left home driving his white two-door 2010 Honda Accord with the Florida license plate number 355 LIL. On April 1, an officer with the Virginia Highway Patrol stopped him for speeding. Servian was the only person in the car at the time and didn't appear to be distressed. He has never been heard from again.

On May 3, Servian's car was located in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn on Route 7 in Rutland, Vermont. Employees at the hotel called the police when they realized the car had been parked there for several weeks. It was locked and in good condition, with no indications of foul play. Servian had never checked in as a guest at the Holiday Inn and there was no indication of his whereabouts. His wife cannot think of a reason why he would go there.

Servian was born in New York and grew up in Connecticut. His wife stated he had done a lot of hiking on the Appalachian Trail. His car was parked within a few miles of the Trail, but he hadn't hiked for years prior to his disappearance. He worked as a real estate broker at the time he went missing, and his wife had been involved in local politics. Since Servian's disappearance, his cellular phone has been turned off and there hasn't been any activity on his bank accounts. His case remains unsolved. Both Florida and Vermont police are investigating.
