Brown hair, brown/hazel eyes. Shadduck may spell her name "Catherine." She has an artificial left leg and walks with a pronounced limp. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A lavender shirt and blue jeans. Medical Conditions: Shadduck was suicidal at the time of her disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Shadduck was last seen at Rick’s Discount Cigarettes & Cigars in the 8700 block of U.S. 41 east in Fort Myers, Florida at 9:30 a.m. on September 4, 2009. She left the store on foot and has never been heard from again. Shadduck is from the Sarasota, Florida area. She did not have access to a vehicle at the time of her disappearance. Few details are available in her case.
