Missing Since: June 1, 2005 from Orange, New York Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: February 14, 1959 Age: 46 years old Height and Weight: 5'10, 175 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Gray hair, hazel eyes. Smallwood wore his hair in a ponytail at the time of his disappearance. He may use the first name Dominic or the last name Panter. He has tattoo of a Lakota medicine wheel on his upper right arm. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A gray and white golf shirt, jeans and black and white sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Smallwood was last seen walking away from his residence on Hornby Road in Orange, New York on June 1, 2005. His intended destination is unknown. He has never been heard from again.In November 2005, skeletal remains were found in a wooded area off Hornby Road. Clothing at the scene resembled the clothes Smallwood was last seen wearing. The match has not been confirmed, however, and Smallwood's case remains unsolved.
