Missing Since: October 3, 2004 from Poughquag, New York Classification: Missing Date of Birth: August 16, 1942 Age: 62 years old Height and Weight: 5'9, 150 - 155 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Smith wears an upper denture plate. He is missing some teeth and has a gap between his bottom teeth. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white socks, a wool cap with the Yankees emblem, tan boots and possible a silver Rolex watch with a silver band. Medical Conditions: Smith has an unspecified medical condition and is in need of medication which he does not have with him.
Details of Disappearance
Smith was last seen at approximatley 1:00 p.m. on October 3, 2004, in the backyard of his home the vicinity of the 100 block of Greenhaven Road in Poughquag, New York. He was carrying a black wallet at the time of his disappearance. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
