Details of Disappearance
Soto was last seen in Pasco, Washington on November 19, 2003. She has never been heard from again. She is believed to have left of her own accord. Soto may still be in the local area, or she may have traveled to Mexico. There was a possible sighting of her at an airport in Istapa, Siguatanejo, Mexico.Soto is believed to be traveling with Juan Jose Bahena Diego. He was born on February 13, 1980; he was 23 at the time of Soto's disappearance. He was born in Metlapa Iguala, Guerreo, Mexico. Soto and Diego may be riding in a tan 1990s model Ford pickup truck with a canopy. Soto's case remains unsolved.
