Missing Since: January 28, 2005 from Norfolk, Virginia Classification: Missing Date of Birth: March 7, 1973 Age: 31 years old Height and Weight: 5'9, 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Spriggs dyed her hair blonde prior to her disappearance. Her nicknames are Tora and T-Top. She has a gap between her upper front teeth, her ears are pierced and she wears eyeglasses with small black frames for reading. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A red, blue and green full-length down coat with an orange hood.
Details of Disappearance
Spriggs was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m. on January 28, 2005 at her residence in the vicinity of the 2600 block of Ballentine Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia. She called a family member and said she was walking to a nearby store. She has never been heard from again. Spriggs was carrying a black backpack at the time of her disappearance. Few details are available in her case.
