Missing Since: December 1, 2005 from Las Vegas, Nevada Classification: Missing Date Of Birth: October 14, 1969 Age: 36 years old Height and Weight: 5'2, 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. A few of Stegall's teeth are missing and so is the tip of her right index finger. She has three tattoos: a butterfly on her ankle, a nose on her right shoulder and the name "Miguel" on the back of her neck. Stegall's nickname is Cindy.

Stegall was last seen in the vicinity of the 3300 block of Swenson Street in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 1, 2005. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
