Summers was last seen in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 20, 2010. He got into a fight at Bryant’s Friendly Inn in the 1700 block of south East Street, and disappeared. He has never been heard from again. He was reported missing by his brother on August 25.

At the time of his disappearance, Summers was trying to prevent his father's home from being repossessed. There hasn't been any activity on his bank account or cellular phone since he went missing, and it's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning or to be out of touch with his family. Summers has no criminal record. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance, which remains unsolved.
