Black hair, brown eyes. Terry's nickname is Ann. She has a scar from a grease burn extending from below her right eye down to her right breast. There is a tattoo of a rose above her outer right ankle. Terry's ears are pierced and her tongue is pierced; she wore a silver stud in it at the time of her disappearance. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue denim skirt, a blue sweater, and sandals.

Terry was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. on May 31, 2004, near in the vicinity of Pitt and Phritz Streets in Laurinburg, North Carolina. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.
