Brown/red hair, green eyes. Towner has tattoos on both arms. She wore a stainless steel brace on her wrist at the time of her disappearance. Medical Conditions: Towner is without needed medication and may be in need of medical attention.
Details of Disappearance
Towner was last seen in Thurston County, Washington on September 24, 2008. Her husband dropped her off in the Tumwater area so she could take the bus to the doctor's office for a scheduled appointment, but she never made it there. She has never been heard from again.Towner resided on Scott Creek Loop southwest outside of Olympia, Washington, at the time of her disappearance. She sometimes shopped in the Centralia and Chehalis areas of Washington. Few details are available in her case.
