Rylan disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada on July 2, 2009. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Rina Siojo Lee, and an adult male companion, Carlos Fabian Lee. Photographs and vital statistics for Rina and Carlos are posted below this case summary. Felony kidnapping warrants have been issued for them. They may be the Bulacan Province in the Philippines. Rylan's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
