    Details of Disappearance

    Vasquez was last seen in Houston, Texas at 8:00 p.m. March 23, 2002. He was departing from a friend's residence near Veterans Memorial Drive and Beltway 8 at the time of his disappearance, driving a red two-door Ford Escort with Texas license plates numbered C72HML. The car was discovered abandoned in the 1100 block of Winfern Road near the Beltway at 3:00 a.m. the following day.

    Vasquez has never been heard from again. He resided in the 14100 block of Wunderlich in 2002. Foul play is possible in his disappearance.
