Missing Since: December 24, 2006 from Kingston, New York Classification: Family Abduction Date of Birth: March 10, 2006 Age: 9 months old Height and Weight: 2'0, 21 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Black hair, brown eyes. The second and third fingers on Vasquez's right hand are deformed.
Details of Disappearance
Vasquez disappeared from Kingston, New York on December 24, 2006. He normally resides in Poughkeepsie, New York, however, and that city's police are investigating his case. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial father, Ivan Vasquez Matias. Photographs and vital statistics for Matias are unavailable. A felony warrant has been issued for him. Matias and Vasquez may be in Oaxaca, Mexico. The Child's whereabouts are unknown and his case remains unsolved.
