Details of Disappearance
Vega was last seen in Orlando, Florida on July 4, 2002. She is believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother. Photographs and information about the mother are unavailable. Vega is believed to be in Ecuador. Her father has applied for her return to the United States under the aspects of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
