Carlos and his brother Nery disappeared from La Belle, Florida on September 22, 2008. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial parents, Evangelina Santos and Oscar Ventura-Sosa. A photograph and vital statistics for Evangelina are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant is on file for her. Photographs and information for Oscar are unavailable. The children may be in Mexico. Their whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
