Missing Since: April 1, 2009 from Harlingen, Texas Classification: Endangered Missing Date of Birth: December 1, 1978 Age: 30 years old Height and Weight: 5'9, 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Vera has a space between his teeth, a brown birthmark on his buttock running down his leg and a brown mole on the right side os his neck. He has a healed fracture of his right arm from a childhood injury, and he also suffered from scarlet fever as a child. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A light-colored t-shirt, black shorts, white and green high-top Nike sneakers, a baseball cap that says "NY," a watch on his left wrist, and two stainless steel bracelets, one of which has an onyx stone. Medical Conditions: Vera has an unspecified, serious medical condition and is in need of medical attention.
Details of Disappearance
Vera left Montgomery, Illinois in February 2009 and traveled to Harlingen, Texas to live with a relative in the 2700 block of Gomez Road. He was last seen on April 1, 2009. He was carrying a red bag with black strings at the time of his disappearance. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
