Virgin drove from Pensacola, Florida to Mobile, Alabama on May 8, 2003, along with three acquaintances, and bought a codeine-laced drug cocktail. That evening, Virgin called his uncle and said he would be home shortly. He never arrived, however, and has never been heard from again.

Virgin was wanted by both state and federal law enforcement at the time of his disappearance and it's possible that he went into hiding to avoid arrest. He is wanted for drug-related charges, habitual criminal traffic offenses, resisting arrest and failure to pay child support. His family and girlfriend say, however, that it is uncharacteristic of him not to contact them for more than a few days; they are very concerned for his safety. He has four children. His case remains unsolved.

Escambia County, Florida police are investigating Virgin's disappearance. His last known address was in the 5200 block of Charbar Drive.
