Wakefield was seen in Douglas County, Oregon on July 30, 1991. He was possibly seen at a store in Oakland, Oregon on August 8, but this has not been confirmed. He has never been heard from again. Lane County, Oregon police are investigating his disappearance, which remains unsolved.
