Details of Disappearance
Welch was last seen in Clemmons, North Carolina on October 3, 2009. At 9:30 p.m., he left his brother's residence to walk to his own home half a mile away. Authorities believe he did arrive home; however, he has not been seen or heard from since. Few details are available in his case.
