    Details of Disappearance

Westberry was last seen leaving Jacksonville, Florida on December 1, 1984. She was accompanied by Theresa Hickman, described as an 18-year-old Caucasian female, and two Caucasian males aboard the Sea Fever, a 42 or 46-foot 1960 Richardson boat with a white hull and twin cabins with a cockpit between them. The Sea Fever was last seen by U. S. Customs in the Grand Cayman Islands on December 14, 1984, 13 days after Westberry was last seen. It is not known if she was on board the boat at that time. The Sea Fever has never been spotted again; Westberry has disappeared as well. Her sister reported her as a missing person to authorities. It is believed that Westberry was planning on vacationing aboard the boat in the Bahamas at the time of her disappearance. Foul play is suspected in Westberry's disappearance.
