Wey was last seen at the Resource Parkway Assisted Living Center in the 11000 block of Resource Parkway in Houston, Texas on November 21, 2007. He was driving a gray 1993 Astro van with license plates numbered GC4279 at the time of his disappearance. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
