Missing Since: July 2004 from Bakersfield, California Classification: Missing Date Of Birth: August 8, 1978 Age: 25 years old Height and Weight: 5'7, 140 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Light brown hair, blue eyes. Whicker may have a beard, mustache or goatee. His nicknames are Vern and Bernie. He has a tattoo of a Tasmanian devil on the back of his right shoulder and his left ear is pierced. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Blue jeans, a black t-shirt, and black sneakers.
Details of Disappearance
Whicker was last seen between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. sometime in early July 2004 at a Greyhound bus station in the vicinity of 18th and F Streets in Bakersfield, California. He was carrying a blue and black duffle bag at the time of his disappearance.The bus Whicker took was headed to Carlsbad, New Mexico, but his final destination was Corpus Christi, Texas. It is unknown if he ever arrived to either locations. He has never been heard from again and few details are available in his case.
