Brown hair, brown eyes. Whitaker has scars on his chest and a back. A pin has been inserted into one of his legs. He has the following tattoos: an Indian head on his right arm, the name "Shelley" on his chest, and his initials "WLW" on his abdomen. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A t-shirt and jeans.
Details of Disappearance
Whitaker was last seen in Tyler, Texas on November 8, 2001. He had been staying with relatives in the 4000 block of Driftwood in Tyler at the time. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case. He has five sons.
