Brown hair, blue eyes. White's nickname is Tim. He has a deep scar on his back, a scar on the back of his head, and two caps on his front teeth. His hands are calloused and he wears wire-rimmed eyeglasses. Clothing/Jewelry Description: Possibly a watch and a necklace. He usually wears t-shirts or button-down shirts, blue jeans and baseball caps. Medical Conditions: White has an unspecified medical condition requiring medical attention.
Details of Disappearance
White was last seen in Palmer, Tennessee on September 15, 1999. He lead a transient lifestyle at the time of his disappearance. He never picked up his government benefit check for the month of October and has never been heard from again.There have been many rumors that White was the victim of a homicide. He had gone missing once before his September 1999 disappearance, and turned up in a Florida jail under an alias name. His case remains unsolved.
