Missing Since: September 20, 2002 from Phoenix, Arizona Classification: Endangered Missing Age: 33 years old Height and Weight: 5'7, 158 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Williams walks with a limp and leans towards the right due to his right arm being paralyzed. His hair was in a buzz cut at the time of his disappearance. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A dark blue t-shirt with the sleeves cut off, faded blue jeans and tennis shoes. Medical Conditions: Williams may appear senile and confused. He is required to take medication.
Details of Disappearance
Williams was last seen at approximately 12:30 p.m. on September 20, 2002 in his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. He was walking eastbound on Camelback Road in the vicinity of west Camelback Road and 23rd Avenue after having departed a Burger King restaurant. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
