Brown hair, blue eyes. Woodard has a scar near his left eye. He also has an appendectomy scar. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A gold medical alert bracelt. Medical Conditions: Woodard has Addison's Disease and requires medication for his condition.
Details of Disappearance
Woodard was last seen in College Station, Texas on May 20, 1991. His vehicle was found abandoned on the east side of Brazos County, Texas later in the day. The car was located approximately one-quarter mile from the Navasota River. Woodard has never heard from seen again.
