Kimberly and her sister Kelly were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Elaine Carolyn Yates, while their custodial father was at work. Photos and vital statistics for Elaine are posted below this case summary. A felony warrant for Child Snatching was issued for her on November 16, 1988. Neither she nor her daughters have ever been heard from again.
