Wendy disappeared from Tacoma, Washington on April 2, 2010. Authorities believe she was abducted by her non-custodial mother. Photographs and information for the mother are unavailable. They may be in California or Mexico. Wendy's father has applied for her return under the terms of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
