Details of Disappearance
Dylan disappeared from Texarkana, Texas on March 9, 1999. Authorities believe he was abducted by his non-custodial father, Innocenio Crisanto Zavaleta. They may still be in the Texarkana area, or may have traveled to Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, or Mexico.Photographs of Innocencio are unavailable. He is a 5'6, 200-pound Hispanic male. His date of birth is December 28, 1960; he was 38 years old at the time he abducted his son. Dylan's mother, Rebecca Dobbs, has custody of him. The child'swhereabouts are unknown and his case is unsolved.
