Leslie Marva Adams
Adams, 40, disappeared from Lilburn, Georgia on October 21, 2005. In May 2007, her skeletal remains were found in the woods along Interstate 85 in Franklin County, Georgia. They were identified in March 2008. Her death is considered a homicide and remains under investigation.

Bambi Lynn Dick
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
Dick, 17, disappeared from Davenport, Iowa on September 29, 1983. On October 8, her body was found along Highway 287, outside Amarillo, Texas. She had been strangled. Dick wasn't reported missing until two days after the body was found, and the missing persons report was canceled after she turned 18. She remained unidentified for over twenty-five years, until March 2009. Her murder remains unsolved.

Burwell-Workman, 77, disappeared from Oakland, California on December 3, 2002. In March 2009, her skeletal remains were found inside a bedroom in her own house. The home was overstuffed with Burwell-Workman's belongings and she may have been crushed or suffocated when a mound of debris collapsed on her. Her children found the bones as they were sorting through her things.

Stephanie Elizabeth Condon

Condon, 14, disappeared from Tri-City, Oregon on October 30, 1998. In March 2009, her skeletal remains were found in a remote forest area near Glide, Oregon, forty miles from Myrtle Creek. The cause of death hasn't been determined, but the case is presumed to be a homicide. Condon's death remains under investigation. Police have a suspect in her case, a convicted sex offender who's been arrested in Nevada on unrelated charges.

Maclean, 33, disappeared from Sausalito, California on January 17, 2005. In February 2009, his body was found behind a restaurant in Mill Valley, California. The remains were identified in March. Maclean had committed suicide by shooting himself.

Monty Lee Stutzman

Stutzman, 22, disappeared from Brookville, Indiana on May 25, 1993. He was found safe in Mississippi in March 2009. He had been living there under an assumed name and Social Security number. He had married and he had a job. Stutzman allegedly left Indiana because he was facing minor criminal charges. Indiana authorities have dropped the charges against him and his family has gone to Mississippi for a reunion.

Twins Anna and Hopi, 4, were abducted by their non-custodial mother from Eureka Springs, Arkansas on September 13, 2007. In March 2009, the children and their mother were located in Carter County, Tennessee. They'd been living in a van. The children were dirty and apparently hungry. They were taken into the care of the Tennessee Department of Children Services, and their mother was arrested.

Karen, 2, Laura, 5, and Leigh, 3, were abducted by their non-custodial father and grandmother from Middletown, Delaware on August 26, 2007. The children were found safe in Nicaragua in March 2009. Their father and grandmother were arrested. The father had apparently told his daughters that their mother committed suicide.

Cox, 44, disappeared from Cranston, Rhode Island on June 2, 2006. In March 2009, hikers found his skeletal remains in Arcadia Park in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. They were in a wooded area about a mile from where his car had been found abandoned, and were partially covered by leaves and brush. Cox's death is under investigation.

Bench, 22, disappeared from Tecumseh, Oklahoma on July 1, 2001. In April 2008, his skeletal remains were found near Earlsboro, Oklahoma. He wasn't identified until March 2009. His death is being investigated as a homicide, but the cause of death is unknown.

Nieto, 23, disappeared from Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 15, 2004. In February 2009, her skeletal remains were found at a construction site in the West Mesa area. Many other skeletons were found nearby. Nieto was identified in March. Authorities are working to identify all other the victims.

Vega, 11, disappeared from Baja, California on August 30, 2000. He was abducted by a convicted child molester, Francisco Daniel Phalen Hernandez. In March 2009, Vega was found safe in Chicago, Illinois. He had no identification papers, but when authorities looked up his name they realized he was a missing child. Hernandez wasn't with him and presumably remains at large.
