Celina Munoz and Alberto Gonzales
Munoz, 17, ran away from her Oxnard, California home on July 28, 2007. She took her one-year-old son, Gonzales, with her. Both of them were found safe in April 2009.

Marcy Randolph and William Homer Westover
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
Randolph, 43, and Westover, 52, disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona on October 24, 2006. They took off in Westover's small plane and never returned. In April 2009, the wreckage of the plane was found in Loy Canyon, twelve miles northwest of Sedona, Arizona. Two sets of skeletal remains were at the crash site.

Myers, 6, was abducted by her non-custodial great-aunt and her great-aunt's son from Jamestown, New York on January 26, 2007. She was found safe in April 2009, in the border town of Matamoros, Mexico. Local residents reported a strange girl who was wearing tattered clothes and begging for food door to door, and when the police realized she could not answer basic questions about her origins, they took her into protective custody. In addition to being slightly malnourished, she hadn't been attending school. Myers has been reunited with her searching mother, and her abductors are en route to New York to face kidnapping charges.

Devor, 70, disappeared from Cincinnati, Arkansas on June 15, 2007. In April 2009, fragments of her bones and teeth were found scattered on her 270-acre ranch. Her daughter, Delores Eggert, has been charged with her murder.

Anselma Guerra

Guerra, 44, disappeared from Albuquerque, New Mexico sometime in March 2004. In September 2005, her skeletal remains were found off New Mexico 337 in the East Mountains. She may have been stabbed to death. Guerra's body wasn't identified until April 2008, and police were unable to contact her family with the news until the spring of 2009. The only suspect in her presumed homicide, her boyfriend/pimp, was killed in a car accident in April 2007.

Marquez, 27, disappeared from Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 10, 2003. In February 2009, her skeletal remains were found at a construction site in the West Mesa area. Many other skeletons were found nearby. Marquez was identified in April. Authorities are working to identify all the other victims.

Tamar Silverman
Emry, 24, disappeared from Moab, Utah on January 30, 2003. In March 2009, her remains were found in a remote area near the Colorado-Utah border. The body was identified in April. Authorities believe Emry was the victim of the suspected serial killer Scott Kimball, who is serving nearly fifty years in prison for theft. He is also a suspect in one other death and two disappearances, but he has not faced any murder charges as of yet.

Coan, 18, disappeared from Enoch, Utah on September 3, 2007. In April 2009, he and his wrecked SUV were found in Right Hand Canyon, east of Cedar City, Utah, about 1,500 feet from the road. He apparently lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and rolled down a 300-foot cliff, probably on the same day he vanished. Right Hand Canyon is a rugged, treacherous area and Coan was a very inexperienced driver. Foul play is not suspected in his death.

Mesiti, 15, disappeared from Ceres, California on August 14, 2006. She was considered a runaway, but in March 2008 her body was unearthed in her own backyard. Mesiti's father, who has since moved to Los Angeles, has been arrested on unrelated charges. He is considered a person of interest in his daughter's murder.
